Panic attacks
Screaming, my head is screaming. Telling me to get out of where I am. Telling me I not safe...... It feels like I can hear every little sound. From the drop of a pen, to the flutter of hummingbird wings. Every tiny sound... Breathing becomes difficult, I gasp for air. Panic fills my head... Maybe I should just give up..... But that would mean giving up the one I love.... I can't do that..... I just can't..... My head hurts from all the noise... But it doesn't stop, it only gets louder. Focusing becomes difficult
Everything becomes difficult
