I am good at hiding
Inside thin air
Because it is all i have
Always running away
From everything
Like its the plague.

I didn’t think
But i didn’t deserve you
Grasping at straws,
And pressing
Your lips against
The class of my being
Slowly taking a sip.
So, I don't have
Much to bring
But a broken heart
That feeds on skin and bones
And poetry.

Always disappointing
Because that is what you made me do.
