My hair stands frizzy like my dog’s hair. My mom’s hair sizzles, burnt like my dad’s brownies. My brothers hair collapses flat like my mom’s butt. My dad's hair disappears like my brothers bank account. My brother and I possess boring blond hair, while my mom and dad have blustering brown hair. My hair dances in the wind thanking me for letting it be natural. My mom’s hair, curled and colored, smells of bonfire leaves torched to their death. The leaves hiss just like my mom’s hair in the curling iron. My dad’s hair gets squished from his black beanie. My brother’s hair, always greasy, and crying for a shower to wipe away the overloaded hair gel from his night before. My families hair; frizzy, burnt, squished, and greasy—just how we like it.
