Open to the night
Filled with fright
Heart racing
Hands shaking
Hold me with a force of
unbreakable love

I see the turtle doves
Outside my window
Your head still on the pillow.
My time has come, I must go.

When you wake, and find me not there.
Go outside and feel the air.
For all the adventures I have taken,
Us meeting was not mistaken.

I will come back when my adventure is done.

I need this to find me
Become free
Live to my hearts desire
Have my eyes filled with fire

No matter how far I’ve gone
It will not be for long
I will be back  soon
This I promise is true

My time has come, I must go!
Oh! How I loved you so!

What inspired me to write this piece is a sotry I have been wanting to write, so this is like the basic short story of this big story I want to create.
