Glance in the hallway
Seeing you I get a sign of relief
Relief that I never have to feel the pain anymore
The pain that you caused
Seeing you I remember
I remember the bad, the good,
The tears, the smiles
Every memory comes flooding in me
Every moment we touched
Or the times you made me laugh
Even the hours I spent crying over you
I experience them all again
I look at you and wonder if you feel the same
If you see me and remember every second we shared
Because I do and I can't forget
I just have to act like nothing has happened
Like we have no history
That we are just strangers passing each other
And our only memories are the ones we stored deep in our mind
And they only come out with a small glance in the hallway
