He smelled like alcohol
She let it go
He could always find something wrong
She tried her best
He got mad
She hid in their bedroom
He wrecked the house
She cried
He threw a bottle
She grabbed the phone
He picked her up
She was terrified
He saw the phone
She stared at him
He said "I love you"
She said "I love you too"
He hugged her
She put the phone down
He got mad again
She didn't make it

I've grown up watching all the murder shows on ID. I've seen what happens when you stay in an abusive relationship. I have written this to show the price people pay when staying in these relationships.
