All I'm Saying is/Live
All I’m saying is:
Allow your emotions to cascade through, stumble if they may,
Let your qualms bury themselves underneath their hideous shell,
Bestow moments of sheer beauty, as much as you may,
And sustain every bit of ecstasy that befalls,
All I’m saying is:
Let your mind soar away, far from all this chaos,
Until you sense harmony obscuring you from all sides,
Cementing you with sincere souvenirs,
And silence is the only sentiment you can offer,
Because tonight; this place, this time,
It doesn’t matter who we are, or what we will be;
But what imbues us, satisfies us,
And gratifies our deficient soul, so beautifully,
That even the scars heal themselves, and the wounds parch,
That even the demons inside you startle, and the grief departs,
All I’m saying is:
Live.
