The Adventurer
He crushed the grass with a thunderous stomp
And passed through the dangerous, murky swamp
No creature lurking behind the dark trees
Would dare show themselves, they were ill at ease.
Just for good measure, he threw in a glare
Aimed towards the shadows, to give them a scare.
He trudged through rivers, climbed over mountains
Swung across canyons, swam through great fountains
Finally he came across a creature
Ten feet tall with gruesome, bearish features
"You foolish creature! No monster shall live!"
Just as our hero was about to give
One last blow, to declare him the winner
He heard a voice: "Max! Come in for dinner!"
