He sees me sit down for my dinner,
he makes a faint buzz.
Then out of the corner in my eye,
I spot him.

He buzzes around my kitchen all day,
and around my face to be annoying,
His buzzing is that of a guy insulting and harassing me.

Moan of annoyment

He then settles down to have a rest,
As if he laughs at my misery
Quickly while he is down, I try to crush him.

BANG

I end up missing,
He flies away and rests on my counter,
Buzzing as if to laugh away,
I then try again.

THUD

I got him.
The fly is no more,
Thank goodness killing a fly isn’t a federal crime,
And don’t worry, i wouldn’t actually kill a person.
