In Bethel, Vermont
On a dark, warm summer night.
Sitting by the campfire
Roasting s’mores in the blueish-orange
fluorescent flame.
Stars seen like never before,
The howling wolves from afar
And the smell of burning wood
Slowly put me in a daze.
Next thing I know, the sun had already risen,
And I have lost track of time.
Alone, nature is beautiful.
