You're Enough
I’m not skinny enough
I’m not smart enough
I’m not good enough
I’m not pretty enough
I’m not happy enough
I’m too fat
I’m too dumb
I’m too ugly
I’m too sad
I’m worthless
I take all the attention
I am hurting
I’m not even good enough at hurting
I not enough
But You
You are perfect
You are a genius
You are very good
You are beautiful
You are happy
You are good enough
I am not
You try to convince me that I am enough
You try to make me happier
You try to show me my beauty
I don’t believe you
I am not enough
I am not happier
I am not beautiful
I love that you try help
But I don’t want your help
I want your friendship
I want you walking next to me
Not trying to show me the way
I am not good enough at anything
You are good enough at everything
You are enough
I am not
Maybe that’s why we’re great friends
You are everything
I am nothing
But together we’re just enough

This is about the idea of self-hating, but about finding someone who you think is perfect. Like you're a zero and they're a 100, and together you're fifty. I think at one point in someone's life they'll feel like this, so it's just here for someone to relate to.
