Letters from a Soilder
When I read 'Letters from a Soilder', I felt very sad and respectful towards those families. I agree with how sad and scary it can be to only get letters in the mail, to never know if they'll come home. I have an uncle who was in the Military and i've heard stories of how scared my aunt was, then relieved when my uncle came home. I understand how scary, then relieving it can be when family goes into the military then comes home, or sometimes doesn't come home. I understand how hard it can be for the person in the military to know that they might not go home. I see this issue a lot in families and I try to give them support when needed. I think this poem was written very well, and I understood all of it and wasn't confused at all.
