Little Red Sport Car #2
The relaxation turns loneliness from the loss of someone you love
The silence thickens; there’s no breaking it
The laughs were never there
and the phones
never
out
but the loneliness get stronger
and the cries get louder
The words “You’re now dismissed”
floats around in your head
and
never
Goes
away.
The Fire truck’s sirens sound, and it echos in your head.
The cries are always there
they never left
The loneliness turns into frustration
then finally-
acceptance that they’re gone
Just gone
Forever
