Scarecrow
Once there was a secret garden
The sun was very lively
Protecting it was a scarecrow warden
Light beamed through the ivy
Made of straw the scarecrow towers
Over beds of baby breath and daisies
Keeping away the crows from the precious flowers
Basking in the sun its job seemed lazy
Nearby sat a pond of lilies
Drops of water glisten
The flower petals were really white and frilly
Water running, birds chirping, stop and listen
The protector overlooked the forest of green
The vivid colors were obscene, it is a botanist's dream
