I’m a goober
Because
I watch children’s shows
And
I dream of love
Even when love isn’t forthcoming
I still hold onto my silly notions
Even though
It seems bleak
I still believe in
The one true love
I turn to him
When I’m sad
He’ll comfort me
Because he loves me
I know that
When I find him
We will never want
To be apart
Two halves
Of
A whole
I
And
My one true love
