As it's my turn to order at Noodles & Company,
urgently Mac & Cheese beckons,
Wow I think, what variety of choices

The creaminess of the sauce melts.
But wait…at the last second, my eye catches
the Penne Rosa and the richness that could simmer in my mouth,

Then the freshness of the Chicken Veracruz Salad (it feels like summer) tempts.
Maybe I’ll consider the crispness of the Chicken Alfredo, (hot and fresh cooked),
or the crunchiness of the Rice Crispy (it pops, as I munch, and crack).

The dry taste of flat bread (brushing my mouth).
The gooey feeling in my mouth (soothing texture down my throat)
The flavorful texture of the Japanese Pan Noodle (sitting in my mouth).

Bountiful options, I don’t know where to start.
Gut instinct whispers, Mac & Cheese, Mac & Cheese.

I go with it.
“I’ll take the Mac n Cheese.”
