The Perfect Wave
I hear the waves smash like a wrecking ball
We run on the beach and start waxing our boards.
Thrilled
Our boards are sticky like gumdrops
We run in, paddle out, and wait for our first wave.
Anxious
The water is like crystals
I stand up, ride the wave and jump off before my board hits the sand.
Excellent
The next wave is approaching like a herd
I paddle back out, and get ready for the next wave.
Excited
I look for the perfect wave.
