The hunger in his eyes
The coldness of the earth
The need of food and water
But who’s here to help
The blackness of his skin
The smell of the nasty cover
The struggle
Of the little children
The feeling of not eating and drinking for days
The feeling of drinking out a river
But who’s here to help
The look of his dirty toe nails
The smell of his dirty hair
The hunger in his eyes
But who’s is here to help
Children thinking they are less fortunate than others
Children being made fun of
Adults’ thinking it’s not a big deal
But once again who’s here to help
Who’s here to save the children?
