Sorry dont cut it i've heard my whole life

Let it be heard the darkness will fade

When the light comes there will only be shade

the first sentence makes no sense,instead I believe you should change it to "When there's darkness, there's light." It's not a bad or a good poem. It needs work, in my opinion it's too short but that's just me. you need periods because these sentences don't go together. I hope this helps.
