Immature Love

At this age it's like not love,
he likes me, he likes me not.
You ponder this for quite sometime,
and it's usually opposite of what you thought.
All those wiser than you say it takes time,
but you feel like there isn't much time to wait.
Why can't we just sit back and enjoy our childhood,
instead of constantly searching for our soulmate?
