Diamante Poem:
Protagonist
Powerful, magnificent
Excel, conquer,  alert
Hero, strong, resistant, abomination
Attack, challenge, opposed
Bad, horrible
Antagonist

Where I’m from poem:
I am from metal pots,
Plastic spatulas and
Cleaning products.
I am the worn out
Trampoline in the
Backyard.
I am from the pine trees
And the dandelions that
Stand there silently.

I am from decorating
Our house and italian
Heritage, from Shreve
And Viccaro and Wicker.
I am from the frantically
Worrying and being there
For others.

I am from supposed to
Have a religion, but don’t.
I’m from Michigan and Italy,
Pasta to burgers. From
The asthma that my dad has,
The parkinsons my grandma
Has, and the arthritis that my
Grandma gets.

I am from the hallway closet,
A baseball hat is very special,
Their worth is more than words,
They’re dearest to my heart.
