this is not poetry,
it's not pretty words from dainty lips
or paint strewn lazily across an easel.
no,
this is blood spilling from slashed wrists and
lungs craving that final drop of air.
this is your gun to the head I'm going to pull the trigger revelataion.
this is a battle cry.
do you hear me?
this is not poetry.
this is survival.
