Wrapped up Together
My family is a softball, somehow tight wrapped up together
My mom is the strong cold cork,
being the center piece of it all.
I am the bundled and balled up string,
helping to construct my family right.
My sister is the flexible bending leather,
supporting with hope while adjusting to circumstances.
My dad is the stitching gripping laces,
holding and having my family bind as one.
My family is a softball,
rough around the edges, but tough to make our family one full unit.v
