A blue

Blue is the color I remember.
Blue is what I saw in your sparkling crystal eyes.
And blue is what I thought when I kissed your chapped lips.
And in every crack upon your lips lie every lie you’ve told me.
I, the girl, that was madly in love with the man you’re pretending to be.
All I hear is blue.
Blue, bitter, and cold
There is a plain barrier in between our love I write in red and I realized you’ve been writing in blue onto the other side.
You’ve been different within the three years
But blue is the color I remember.
I sink my teeth into our love to find out what our love is made out of.
And bitterness was sensed by my buds.
Thinking I’d be tasting the sweet goodness I thought we shared.
And blue was the color of my feelings and all of a sudden,
I’m singing the blues.
