In Flight

The floor’s vibrations come to a minimal.

All feeling is lost in motion.
Looking out the plane’s window is like looking
into a television screen.
The ground starts to shrink.
The cars look like moving ants
making their way to their destination.

I realize as I look out my plane window,
God has given us this world
only to cause a metaphorical apocalypse.
We have no idea what He has planned for us in the future.
In seconds the world that we know could be obliterated.
Ignorant people do not really care.
An entire reset just waiting to happen.

People obsess with modern day technologies.
Compared to God, these riches mean nothing.
Our ignorance makes us forget the simple human rights.

Thus the compelling, harsh, but yet so fragile
truth cannot be understood by the world’s smartest minds.

The truth in that airplane,
can only be understood by the ones
in flight.
