"can't or won't?"
"can't or won't?"
you always ask, because
you're always forced to listen to
that endless refrain of
"I can't."
"can't or won't?"
you always ask, because
you always know when you ask for
help, they'll always reply
"I can't."
"can't or won't?"
you always ask, because
you're tired of not knowing whether
they are or aren't with you
"Both."
"can't or won't?"
you ask and ask, desperate to
find someone who will stand by you
but when you ask them to help you--
"I won't."
"can't or won't?"
you ask one more time, trying to
find the answer to why why why
but either way they aren't going to stay
"I'm sorry."
