Faded
Hidden behind locked doors,
Screaming for help
But muffled by a lost voice
Your pain collects inside yourself
Reaching out seems hard to do
Maybe if you broke down the walls
Relief would show itself to you
Broken pieces have become the only thing you know
He throws his anger at you
The shattered pieces surround you
Watching from the side
Unable to save you
I know the bruises aren't just on the outside
Still you continue to hide yourself away
Faking happiness everyday
Some see but don't ask
Until the day you faded away
Never seen again
But free from the pain
