Decomposing Life

Dress me in your finest fallen leaves
And cloak me with a cape of heavy moss;
Crown me with a majestic mushroom cap
And adorn me with silver-gilted spiderwebs;
Perfume me with the scent of rich, moist soil
And I would gladly rot away in this forest realm.
