Hidden
Plastered in the evening sky,
I begin to fade slowly away.
Painfully, but beautiful to others.
No one can notice.
All you see is the vibrant colors.
No one thinks to look closer.
Behind the mask,
It gets darker.
Past the colors, you can see my true self.
Full of dying stars ready to make an explosion.
Planets full of thoughts and ideas, never to be heard by a human ear.
The sky gets darker
Revealing my true self, slowly yet steadily.
Some stay and watch the frighteningly magical transitions;
Others are too afraid of the dark.
