I am anxious and empty
like a hollow stone
I inhale and no one listens
I breathe out and say nothing
I am nothing
I am a thing, but nothing more
I wait, so fearful
in front of an empty door
I am
catching water with a net
who should care, who should see
I speak and words bounce back to me
too much, a hollow stone
a heavy, heavy stone
so empty! and anxious!
and hurt
and dying
and f*** it, I’m crying
I’m dying, I’m dying
I’m dead.
