I am the IT Guy

It started with a phone call,
And a 20 minute drive.
Diagnose the problem,
Looks like the hard drive.
Pull it all apart,
Then reassemble.
Still not working,
what does that resemble?
A problem I’ve seen too much before,
A sign that this one may be done for.
It did not post,
No signs of life.
Not all end well,
Like this tonight.
It started with a phone call.
