Does it look like I care?
Does it look like I care?
A question I ask people when they think I’m mad or upset.
The real answer is ‘yes’…
I care that people use me
I care that no one takes me serious
I care that people don’t like me ore don’t want to be my friend
I care that I don’t dress up to the level I should at my age because of my body.
Because I care, I’m
d I f f e r e n t
Because I went to a Christian school and was taught morals and feelings
I’m different from other girls, teenagers, friends…
The way I talk, the way I walk, they way I dress is always a problem to ‘someone’
I’m just
D I F F E R E N T
And I don’t know why
Maybe the man above is trying to tell me something
Maybe he’s trying to do something with my life
But I don’t know what to do with it
Slowly I’ll get the hand of it
And when I do…
Being D I F F E R E N T won’t be so bad after all…
