the movement and the music merge to form the art that the eyes and ears and brain feast on for the combination of life and death and breath with the freeness of the first and the sadness of the last and the times of weakness in the place where we go to for the peace and for the happiness that coincides with our joy for the movement and the music in our ever changing states of mind and matter and whatever else comes our way

As a dancer, I have always loved the idea of creating motion. I found another outlet for me to create movement is in poetry. I feel as though while writing this I learned a lot about how connected dance and poetry really are. The flow from word to word is almost as identical as the flow from movement to movement.
