I spent quality time with my doubts
Undivided attention
Waking up to feed the aching thoughts and anxiety
I feel a lot of fear
And i cannot escape
Wondering why I feel the way I do
sweaty palms
I wipe them on my jeans
and try to hold your hand
help me shut off my mind
