Remember
Remember what they did to you,
more than just a few times.
Remember what they took from you;
they weren't even developed yet.
Remember how you got tired of resisting;
no strength to take control over your body.
Remember how they neither denied nor came clean to their actions.
Remember how no one believed you, how they mocked you,
"You'd be the type to say that."
Remember how you drank and popped pills,
just enough to get through the night.
Remember how you never left the house;
just for work because only then, you interacted with people less fortunate than you.
Remember how you laughed at yourself for admitting that you felt worthless;
You're not worthless.
You're priceless.
A crown-jewel, sparkling behind a glass case;
flaunting your perplexity to those who can't touch you.
Remember the new skills you've obtained.
Remember that you're stronger now.
Remember to show no fear.
Remember that you have no fear.

Please realize your worth, no matter what you're going through. At first you will feel like nothing and it takes times or the right people for you to then, realize just how extraordinary you really are.
