A Canvas for my Words

These words I write consume me.
devouring my mind and heart.
These words eat away at my essence.
painting my perspective.
Each letter composing of a letter.
Each adjective pulling together.
Words soften my mind.
Formed beneath the heavy oceans of me.
Sorting out the difference between right and wrong,
Correlating actions into logic,
These words feel out the clues
The clues to my inner peace
Clues to understanding.
