The sun sugar coats my body.
Its warmth seeps through my soul.
All dark thoughts flee my mind,
Escaping the joy of summer.
It's always an adventure.
The intoxicating nights,
The waxy glaze of the sun,
And the carefree fun.
A cliff jumping rush fills me.
Summer is the table that elevates spirits,
Summer is a friend for the lonely,
A joke for the sad,
And a smile for all.
