Demon
You're too much for infants
like me,
who like tattoos
and prefer to think freely,
And your lyrics are too fat
for me to ‘just listen’,
there’s too much meaning in the melody
for me to just ‘fit in’,
How can he want me
when I'm a lot more than ‘baby’?
Ill have to throw away the music and people
that once saved me,
Yes he is my angel
he more than once also saved my life,
But the thing I’m really missing
is the devil with his scythe,
You like the black around my eyes
and the bones poking my skin,
You hear the screams in my sighs
and see the charity in my sins,
so thanks for the tattoos
the punk rock,
and skateboarding.
Ill give you hell
when I'm done
good girl exploring.
