Dreams are made of cobwebs

torn down with a duster

Wants are made of outstretched hands

never closing all the way

Hopes are made of upturned eyes

they roll back when it's all over

But you are made of flesh and bone

and soul and brain and capability.

You don't have

to have the fate

of these broken things...

You don't have to have the fate of everyone else.
