vibrant greens and blues
flowing, cascading
they cling to bodies on the ballroom floor
slowly dancing
drifting, floating, soaring
over pristine hardwood floors
the color of caramel
high heeled shoes quietly clicking
a bow tie and a sash are beheld
the flowing movement stops
then the image vanishes
an abyss of color
once again envisioned
more handsome than before
clothing swishing and swaying closer
then together forevermore
