She left in a blink
left in a flash
we know that she may never come back
she went to fight and to save what she loves
she left it behind
she flew like a dove
she shows the courage
to do what is right
to change for the better
to fight the good fight
when no one would let her
they tried to change her mind
tell her to stay
and not leave them behind
but she made the choice
and she’ll never turn back
