I've heard of a pilgrimage to a holy castle called Lleh

Infamous for its rustic old fence

with cast iron pillars

enveloped by a plethora of vines

An impenetrable fortress made of archaic stone

with embellishments of daggers on its doors

as a warning towards strangers with an impure heart

It is said that the castle is no stranger to the paranormal

nor the mythical trolls

causing a ruckus outside the throne room

Beyond the walls lie a moat

with a missing or perhaps, nonexistent drawbridge

filled with perfectly harmless holy water

that becomes deadly if ingested

But I mustn't worry you

Just a little bit of ladies' gossip

The title is an allusion to a kids game by the name of Telephone. In this game, a phrase is whispered around and by the end, it becomes something entirely different.
