It's all in our heads.
Really
When you think about it
We all blame society for making our lives
Miserable.
When really it's just us,
Making expectations for ourselves.
Like being skinny or
Wearing nice clothes or
Saying the right thing.
And when we don't meet our own expectations
We tell ourselves
We're not cool enough or
We look dumb or
We don't fit in.
But it's all in our heads
Really
