Sunrise from a Yellow School Bus
Journeys are of the essence
Even the most mundane ones,
Like that 180-times-a-year ride
Through the cool morning mist
In that bright yellow box.
But look!
Every repetition holds its own treasure.
Behold the sunrise
And watch the sun's own daily journey;
Marvel at its beauty.
For what is ordinary
But an adjective for the
Unobservant to throw around?
