Dark and empty halls;
once full of life,
Now dead as the deep ocean floor.
Brightly lit city skies,
But without a single star.
Calm oceans,
yet busier than the busiest street.
Quiet face, passive and blank,
On the inside screaming to be free.
One day she will wake;
That day is not not today,
Today she is alone,
with only her breath to keep her warm.
