It Starts Today MAG

Today the pills were dumped down the drain. Today the razors were thrown in the trash. Today I ate a full meal, and when I was done, kept a smile on my face. Today I was honest with myself. Today I realized this wasn’t any way to live, but a way to die. Today I felt loved and cherished and cared for. Today, for the first time in a long time, I felt hope. Today wasn’t an end of my struggles, no, it was the beginning of what comes after.
