My world shifts and changes

Memories are forgotten and the good times are taken for granted

No one realizes ones angers or fears

We are looked at through media 

Lost in followers or comments

When we are acknoledged it is hate

Hate that somone throws at us to make themselves feel better

All because life is moving so fast

Our feelings are lost in time and we feel confused

Hiding behind smiles 

It is all so twisted, our focus distracted

So just take time to slow down and look

Look into their eyes and really notice

Log off your account and talk

Remeber the past and appreciate the present

Open up and explain yourself

Stand up for what you believe in, some people don't have that right

Just slow down
