Elephant Ballet

An elephant dancing,
Clumsy elegance,
Swaying to an excellent allegro,
Weight, a nonexistent boundary,
Technique Pas de deux,
Power, indefinite strength.
Center of gravity,
The elephant begins.
A shocking grace.
Subtle arabesque,
The elephant’s nose high in the air.
A lyrical, triumphant performance.

I was inspired by a cello concerto I was playing, and I decided that the only thing fit to dance with this would be an elephant. An elephant that can glide across and dance with no attention to its limitations.
