Don't tell me I'm ordinary -Vic Fuentes

I will never forget

The day my own mother got rid of me

And gave me away to a small, stuffy orphanage

I bet she forgot me

As soon as she left the orphanage front porch

I bet she's a high class party attender

Who forgot her baby's name

I bet she never lets her head fall

Or ever seem defeated

I bet she's beauty

Wearing the latest Italian designer dress

With an hourglass form

Nothing like me

I don't know her name

But I bet it rolls off the tongue

Maybe something in French or Spanish

I bet she's a perfect lady

Who'd be embarrassed to see me

I'd be an ugly, worthless, nothing to her

I bet everyone on this planet loves her

But I don't

Because I know her secret

She's cruel enough to leave behind her own baby girl

I remember driving by an orphanage a few weeks ago years old and seeing a newborn in front of the door. It was very upsetting and I dedicate this to that baby.
