I will be a butterfly.
If it’s the last thing I do I’ll touch the sky
Outstretch my wing to skim the top
All of time and nature will stop.
And watch.

I will sing a Finch’s song,
Mildly soft and not too long
One day I will try,
To muster all my courage and outcry,
“Im Free!”
And all the world will listen to me.

I will hold a Northern light,
Product of the sun and color of the night,
Within my soul I’ll grip it tight
And the Universe will feel.

I will swim the ocean wide,
Overturning the waves with my stride
The blood of the earth I will ride
Conquer Poseidon and change the tide
And when I do the World will be speechless.

Motionless.

Because I am Limitless.

The author's comments:

I am inspired the idea that people can do anything if they are brave enough to brake through the limits that society has set for them.  Those that do have a profound effect on the world and I want to be one of those people.  I want to be limitless.
